My boss has BA and MA from CMU (Central Michigan, not Carnie Mellon) because his older brother dropped out of an overpriced smaller private school and their father decided it's cheaper to have your kids flunk out of a public school than a private school. (in other words, the smart kid flunked out of college, so why expect the hard working kid to do any better?)
