Regardless of what artistic license may have been taken, the language used imparts the clear impression that this AHA/Obamacare was passed without the ALL members of Congress having clear knowledge of all details of the bill they voted on.
Further, after the fact inspection of the bill by the public left MANY unanswered questions as to the actual implementation of the Bill. In particular, the Bill gave authority to write regulations, which now number in the thousands of pages, without any oversight by Congress, yet hold the power of Law. ergo, IRS Rules which allow seizure of Citizens assets without legal hearing before a Court of Law [direct violation of Constitutional Rights] for example. [Right to trial by jury of your peers and representation, et al ]. There are a plethora of other like issues from other 3 letter agencies. Even if you believe there is a "need" for public, government funded and run, health care, this AHA/Obamacare is full of poorly executed solutions to that perceived public need. Really, for 18 Trillion dollars of debt, is this as good as government can come up with? Were I in charge for even 20 minutes.. the first 3 minutes would be consumed with a public speech that said simply... "You're Fired, all departments, all agencies" .... The remaining 17 minutes would be consumed with cheers and clapping.. from the Citizen Public. Likely followed by my assassination and a brief state funeral. ;)) On Wed, Nov 4, 2015 at 12:05 PM, Meade Dillon via Mercedes < [email protected]> wrote: > Curt, your comment made me curious, so I turned once again to Prof. Google, > and on Youtube here is a clip of her comment, which sounds to me like: > "It's going to be very, very exciting.
