At 18F, it is not likely to be gelled fuel. It should start. Test the
GPs/relay.
You shoulda sold Kyle that POS and kept the other POS!
I'll give ya $500 if you deliver...
18 is not even cold for these cars. If it has good compression and good
fuel/delivery and a good battery, you can probably get it started with
no glow, but it WON't be happy starting that way!
