That's not a terrible situation because it tends to encourage understeer, which most people find controllable.

When you can get yourself in trouble is when you have worse traction in back -- for example, two new tires in front and two relatively bald ones in the back, on a wet road. Then you're likely to get "ambushed" in a corner.
