U.S. energy "reserves" like ANWR are about the single area that I get 
protectionist, for national security (long term dominance) reasons.  Energy is 
part of the foundation of our economy.  We should be selling China nuke plants, 
not fossil fuels.  Sell them fracking services, let them develop their own 
resources.
