pretty much any ground shipment takes a week to get delivered. I am
pretty sure both oops and fedup hold ground shipments so they are not
delivered until 7 days from shipment. This encourages the suckers to
pay for 2 day or next day at 3x or more cost, resulting in much higher
profits.
This started when I was ordering stuff form Q.

Have pending repairs to the front of the TD. All tie rods and center
link, Steering shock, shocks and ball joints. Figure to do it all at
once to avoid repeated disassembly. It's been over 100k since it was
last done so not too bad.
Got the parts from Autohaus. Not too impressed with them this time.
Ordered and paid on the 5th at 1pm, they didn't send till the 7th and
it finally got here on the 11th. And that was over $200 of stuff.
Disappointing.
