SFO? If you only have a few hours you can’t go into the city, you’ll never get back in time. If it’s a day while you’re there, sure, go into the city and do the tourista stuff, Fisherman’s Wharf, get a Boudin bread brown with some clam chowdah, etc., drive across the Golden Gate to the Marin Highlands...
