My credit union used to be for teachers only. I got an account decades ago thru 
by grandmother. Within the last 10 years they opened it up to anyone who even 
students who lived in Tulsa county. Later they opened it up to anyone who 
lives, worships, or goes to school in Tulsa and surrounding counties.
