Barrel of oil is heading past $50 this week. That is a $10 rise since the end of October, when it was just barely in the mid to high $30’s. This is for delivery in late Jan/Feb 2021. That is speculating that all the unemployed, who sold their cars to pay rent and feed family will be out driving around this spring. I have not had my Mercedes out in almost a year. The other cars in the house have been put on battery tender, since they are not on the road much. And the snowbirds around here are parked under tarps, so the demand for RV fuel is not in this forecast. About the only increased demand from GWM is in JetA for cargo flights. Anybody other than Kaleb flying? SWMBA is down by almost 50k this year on her miles account. All the conferences this year were canceled or zoomed, same with the 2021 season.
