Kaleb, have you looked at Rapid Air?  I asked my engineer son-in-law what he would use and he recommended this company.  They have various kits or you can use the site to build your own system.

I have not used them for air but I probably should install a line in my garage too.

I have used PEX for changes to the water lines at my house and the cottage with no issues so far.

Instead of a kit I think I’m going to use pex and shark bit fittings along with ball valves I already have. It appears this will be cheaper.
