Don't remember for sure where I got it. Prolly The Benzbin. I am the only pack rat around here, and I didn't do it. My oil filler plug leaked a lot, so there were plenty fumes even the pad seemed dry. I just crumbled up.

Hans, Do you have pack rats? they will chew the thing up and carry it away to make a nest, often in the engine compartment. My original pad lasted more than 10 years, and it's replacement appears to be good for at least the same. Oil fumes will kill the pad so make sure your blowby is controlled.
