The hotter the better for Leatherique. You should massage it in like it's your first girlfriend's breasts. Put car outside in the sun, leaving windows up to create a "sauna" effect. After at least 8 hours wipe clean with Leatherique Pristine Clean. Then wipe again with a damp cloth. Lastly, buff once with dry cloth. Do this 4 times a year and you will always have leather as soft as a baby's behind.

Remove rear seat. turn upside down, remove leather cover around edges and put seat back in car with leather peeled back. Did not wipe it off, left it on until it was all absorbed (applied to underside open grain) in a small test area. It was summertime in Northern Ohio. 70-80's F give or take. I've since applied neatsfoot oil to the top of the leather in my 94S350 as well. The entire car (front seat, back seat, headrests) absorbed about 2 gallons. The 87 is much better, but is still a bit stiff. the 94 is now glove soft all over. Plan to hit them again next summer. I'm a bit worried about the long term effect of the neatsfoot oil on the foam in the seats, but so far, so good. -Dave Walton
