Ya, you tell them NADA low end retail was $5500 (plus tax tag etc) and
if they can't match you'll start with the BBB and work your way down the
moral chain (lawyers at the bottom of course). As stated they owe you
what it will take for you to replace that car with the same or slightly
better. Note it has to be the *same or better*. At least in GA afaik.
They will always lowball. $1900 is effing ridiculous. Thats how much I
would ( and have 2x) pay for a low end quality wagon, not a cream of the
crop variety.
