The UN DOES have a stellar record of getting the "stuff" to those who need it. You just have the "wrong" point of view. The UN point of view is that the people who need the "Stuff" are the UN Secretary General and his relatives. The UN believes in trickle Down Economics too. Once the Secretary General has all the "stuff," some things will "trickle down" to UN employees and the dictators that put them there.
