It does appear to be a non-USA market car. When we went to 17 digits, the VINs no longer began with the chassis number. Would WDB1260361A100119 be a 126.036? I thought .036 was the 500SE, and that's a SEL in the pics. Autocheck has the VIN in their public records database, but they can't decode the VIN to tell you year, model, style, engine, or country of origin.
