That means QTP tool is not identifying the Frame. what you can do is open object repository and find the frame and click on the Hilight in the application button and see whether the frame is identifying or not.
Then spy the same object and check the properties in the object repository is matching with the current properties. Based on that you can use regular-expression or you can change the properties etc..
