This may be more that clutching at straws. When I wrote some days ago
about my problem with extended characters not displaying properly on
Windows even though they did looked fine on the Mac, Scott Raney suggested
saving the stack on the Windows machine before building the Windows
standalone. When I did this, it fixed the problem.
Jacque, your posting on this didn't make it clear if it is a standalone
that your client is using or a stack? If it is a standalone, was it built
on a Mac or on Windows?
