2) I use Hyper Snap DX Pro, you can download an evaluation copy from their site. http://www.hyperionics.com/   3) Check your settings under Utility -> Increment   Snap Pick        Specifies the maximum distance, in pixels, that the pointer can be from an element and still pick the element when you are using Snap in snap mode. I have to snap up down all around the element repeatedly before it finally grabs it......any ides?     Now I'd like to ask for some helpful hints and ideas for Milling TITANUM.......  I have a very detailed grid to machine from 10" x 10" x 3/4" TI 6AL 4V Specifically .082 wide x .300 deep end milled slots,  multiple arbitrary shaped pockets .600 deep with .062 and .125 corner rads,  Drilled, tapped and reamed holes.    Recommended Tooling....Carbide brand etc....    Speed,  Feed, depth of cut when milling, drilling reaming etc...   I know this is a tall order but any of you guys in Aerospace or other specialties may know what i mean.     Thanks for any help,  Regards Fairway   Also Ernie, Paul, Number one if you are out there i lost your e-mail address
