To edit planner defaults:
 
Basically pull up the job file and edit the mode then save the job file that
will reset the default for that file.

Start SmartCAM
File
Load Job File
Choose the correct job file and Accept
Job Operations Planner
Choose tool to change
Edit
Change speed mode to RPM
Accept
Close
File
Save Job File
