I've had dsl only with verizon for a couple years, they call it a dry-loop, although I now have phone and dsl with them. But I also recently got a cell phone from work that I could use as my own, so I'm considering canceling the phone service and just going with dsl again to cut costs. I looked into earthlink and I think they may offer it too but not sure. john > _______________________________________________ > Mid-Hudson Valley Linux Users Group http://mhvlug.org > > http://mhvlug.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mhvlug > Upcoming Meetings (6pm - 8pm) MHVLS Auditorium > > Mar 5 - Wearable Linux Computing > Apr 2 - Building a Kernel the Debian / Ubuntu way > May 7 - Setting up a platform-independent home/small office network using > Linux > Jun 4 - TBD > Jul 2 - KVM (Tenative) > > _______________________________________________ Mid-Hudson Valley Linux Users Group http://mhvlug.org http://mhvlug.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mhvlug Upcoming Meetings (6pm - 8pm) MHVLS Auditorium Mar 5 - Wearable Linux Computing Apr 2 - Building a Kernel the Debian / Ubuntu way May 7 - Setting up a platform-independent home/small office network using Linux Jun 4 - TBD Jul 2 - KVM (Tenative)
