50th Annual Dutchess County Regional Science Fair is looking for judges:

Dear Colleague,
You are invited to be a judge at the 50Th Annual Dutchess County Regional
Science Fair on SATURDAY, APRIL 4 1009.
It will be held at Falcon Hall, Dutchess Community College, 53 Pendell Road,
Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.
Please come between 8:15 and 8:30 AM for registration of all judges and an
orientation meeting for new judges.
Judging assignments will be handed out at that time. Coffee, tea, muffins
and donuts will be served.
You can plan to leave when you complete your judging, no later than noon.
The judging criteria is listed in our 2009 brochure on our web site "
www.dcsciencefair.org".
The bulk of our entries will be in the lower grades (5th, 6th and 7th) where
we need judges most.
You may also be asked to assist with judging for special awards if
necessary.
Please let me know immediately (no later than March 15 if possible)
if you will be available for judging this year and your preference of
category and grade for judging.
The categories are as follows:
Biology; Chemistry; Physics; Mathematics; Computer Science; Engineering;
earth and Space Sciences; Environmental Sciences; Behavioral and Social
Sciences
Please also let me know the name (s), profession and e-mail address(s) of
your friend (s) who are qualified and available for judging.
We anticipate a record number of students to register this year because of
our 50th Anniversary .
(Free 50th Anniversary Science Fair T-shirt will be given to each student.)
and we will need more qualified judges like you this year. Thank you very
