I haven't personally used one but there was an episode of Security Now a
while ago (http://www.grc.com/securitynow.htm#135).  They took a pretty good
look at what exactly the IronKey does and doesn't do.  Might be a bit out of
date now but probably still worth a listen if your thinking about buying
one.
