I just switched to the Ubuntu ppa and things work with those packages
(rc4 is what's currently packaged). Should have thought to do that
instead of pulling the debs directly from libreoffice.
For those interested in pulling from Ubuntu (10.04, 10.10, 11.04) do
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:libreoffice/ppa
sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude install libreoffice libreoffice-gnome
