You mentioned the DSL Reports speed test.

Just for your info, in case you're not already aware of this. DSL
Reports also hosts a "Road Runner" forum for users of Time Warner
high-speed internet. In addition,  DSL Reports hosts a "Time Warner
Direct" direct support forum where registered users of DSL Reports can
directly interact with Time Warner customer support.

I regularly read the DSL Reports Verizon forums (DSL & FIOS), and find
them worthwhile.
