The engine builder said the cylinders were rebored 1mm over. So they should
be nice and round, but no idea how rough they are.

I mentioned my 500 mile break in plan to the engine builder and he didn't
say anything. Which is why I asked here.

It depends on how smooth and how round the cylinder bores were when the
engine was assembled ... something we can't answer for you.
