As mentioned a few times over the years, when I added my first FM turbo kit (BEGI Sys 4.2 with STOCK injectors), my MPG increased by about 5 MPG. It dropped to pre-turbo status when I upgraded to FM II (which used 550 cc/min injectors and the LINK ECU). You can "de-tune" via the link to keep the boost down if you install lower flow injectors, and then your MPG should increase; I don't think there's any way that it would NOT increase unless you fed too much fuel and ran the car super rich all of the time.
