24 mixed or HW? If HW that is low. You have a car that is not very aero, and the full time AWD is a bit of drag...consider a full fluid change, and there are some lighter ones you can put in the center diff, like 'smurf oil', the blue lighter stuff from Amsoil IIRC. Can eek out a bit more MPG. I have a 2002 2.0l WRX Stage 2.
