Audi's with the 1.8T and the 2.0T get pretty close to 30MPG.

I borrowed a friend's APR chipped 2007 A4 Avant 2.0T and got 31MPG on a
45 mile highway commute to work once.  And that was with a few
full-throttle bursts to get up to cruising speed. ;-)
