UPDATE, you are correct the manual reveals the atmo sensor is IN the ECU. arghhhh

Date: Sun, 13 Feb 2011 10:29:35 -0500 According to the Enthusiast Manual code 14 is the Atmospheric Sensor and the only fix is a new ECU. What makes you think you need an ISC also? Since you're getting a code 14. I'd clear it and see if it comes back and if it does I'd start with an ECU before I did anything else.
