Not so much a 'Bird' tale, but just in case anyone was still bestowing the benefit of the doubt... recently I had lunch with someone who **is** a close personal friend of Brian's, and between the entree and the dessert, I dropped her name into the conversation. After the gales of laughter had subsided, this is what they said, not exactly verbatim but close enough: "She's a nutjob - not a close personal friend of the Wilsons, just a Blueboarder who plays up and 'meet & greet' aftershow stuff into much more than that".
