t, I agree with your views about Mike Love however I'm not sure that what Brian has said about the reunion will stand. A few years back on a BBC2 programme presented by Mark Lammar (I think) Brian said he would never perform with Al Jardine. Now I know that his history with Al pales into insignificance compared with Mike, however some time later Al joins Brian as part of the band touring the USA for the final Pet Sounds live shows apparently singing really well, adding to the harmonies and leading on a few songs previously not performed by Brian and the band in concert. Unfortunately for me, never having seen the BBs, Al didn't join Brian for the one off London show for the final Pet Sounds live show. I remain open minded about the 50th anniversary reunion and like Brian Davies have only heard great things about the standard of the Bbs band performance during their most recent UK tour.
