He does say he still hears those voices. Got my tickets delivered the other day for his Detroit/Fox Theatre show. Looking forward to it in a large way. Really like the new album. "Goin' steady" wasn't even an option. As for the Brach Boys show over here in August? I dunno. Haven't been at a Beach Boys show since Carl died. I wonder if I'll enjoy the performance? It's ALL about the music as I really don't have a high opinion of the principal component...or his principles. Every time I decide to cut him a break he inserts his foot up his ass again. But heh!!! One LAST time. I think I'd regret not going. It's only about a 25-26 minute drive from my house to the park. 2 more years and I think it'll all be done. Maybe Al and David? The rest? Retired from the stage.
