This is the third reason for me thinking it might be best to not link
to wiki pages that don't yet exist. The other two:
1) blank pages are confusing to readers less familiar with wikis
2) blank pages lead to miscommunication here as we discuss a page's
hypothetical contents (e.g. this thread)
