There are too many "abouts" and not precision, but reversing the procedure and using the power generated, as declared by you: 13.8 * 8 = 110.4 Watts and with 50 meters head then 110.4/50 = 2.208 then dividing by "about" 6 = 0.368 liter/sec --- you may have lower generator efficiency, therefore more water will be used. So your banki uses "about" 0.4 liter/sec and dividing (500 gallon * 3.78 l/gallon ) by 0.4 l/s = 5136 seconds operation or about 1 hour and 25 minutes -- This assuming that during operation the tank does not receive any water at all. > Adjustable inlet up to about 3 inch width.
