I am in need of some assistance. I recently posted on a developer forum the
following post:

I need some help here, please. I have a lot of content that needs to be
constantly updated. I need to also constantly "change" my design of the site
every few weeks... keep in mind this would be a total restructuring of the
site... colors, tables, etc...
I need a way for the content to be called into some type of "template" that is
pre-processed... for instance....
i need the variables "$content", "$date", "$menu", etc...
that i can plug into any HTML design that I want...
Can anyone help me? Is there anyone who would like to volunteer their time in
creating such a system?
I am not a real programmer...just doin this "on my own" for now.

I tried to look at the midguard information, but found that I was only
confused. I really need this "site wide HTML template" system for all of my
sites. (described in the forum post above) I have no real programming
experience.
I would need something that I could easily run through a web
browser or just design on my system at home and upload. Would this Midguard
Project system be what I need?Thanks for your time and help in advance!
