Here is my PHP configure statement:

./configure --with-apxs=/var/httpd/midgard/bin/apxs --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql
--with-imap=/usr/local/src/midgard/v1.2.6beta2/imap-4.6 --with-dbase --with-filepro
--enable-track-vars --with-midgard --with-config-file-path=/usr/local/lib --with-xml
--with-zlib=/usr/local/src/zlib --without-posix

The --without-posix is important, or it will not recognize crypt properly. I am
running on a libc5 machine for production.

Oh, a last couple requests in this message...:)

1. Since customized fields, etc. are being worked on for later release, would it be
possible then to included more than 3 extra fields in the next beta? This way we
could at least have more ways to enter data.

2. Can it be made possible, inside the admin code to change the names of the extra
fields, so they can be called something else?

thanks,
sean.

As for helping with documentation...I don't really enjoy documenting stuff, but it
becomes a necessity when I am installing things. I have made very detailed install
notes on my Midgard installation, and could defaintely contribute to the doc effort.
Most of my knowledge will come from a user standpoint, using the software. Could
someone point me to the doc person, and I will see if I can be of use?
