But the patch added a test against MODULE_MAGIC_NUMBER and not
APACHE_RELEASE:

/* #if MODULE_MAGIC_NUMBER >= 19990320
 *      == STD_PROXY
 * #endif
 */

I thought you wanted to know for any other reason , when you asked what
RELEASE I have.
