the following are the issues raised by Fernando (Podemos):
-Admin-> Define New Office: The Field names for the Office Information are
mostly in English
-Admin-> Manage Roles and Permissions: Some of the tasks are not translated to
Spanish
-Admin-> Define a new Fee: The word "define a new fee" is not translated
-Group-> Apply Charges: I am taken to a screen which is all in english
-Group Page: Some of the options are in english they seem to be scatered in
most sections of the page not localized to only one section
-Admin-> View Product Categories: Some of the definitions are in english
-Admin-> View Lateness/Dormancy Definitions: All the text is specified in
english
-Admin-> View Loan Products: All in english
-Admin-> Define New Loan Product: All the categories are in english
