It is only the customer table....... I also beleive that there is some 
logic associated with hierarchy for generating the customer global number 
and this column should also be changed i guess.... But you shoud be very 
careful on this update.....
You may have to do the following..... option I given should work, incase if 
does not work then try for 2nd option.

Option I
--- Update the customer hierarchy from the back-end for the customer
--- Create new customers under new centre & old centre for which changes 
were done
--- Check for the global customer number
OR
Option II
--- Update the customer hierarchy from the back-end for the customer
--- Change the global customer number as per the new customer 
--- Create new customers under new centre & old centre for which changes 
were done
--- Check for the global customer number sequence for new created customer.
