Hi Ramya,

This error "There are no installments to apply a charge" occurs probably because there is no customer schedule for that client on that date. To get rid of this error try to run all Batch Jobs (batch jobs should update the schedule). Bo to 'Admin' tab -> 'Batch Jobs' page, select all tasks and click 'Run selected tasks' button.

        This error message is usually displayed when you try to apply
        fee/penalty to the account on which payments have been made
        before. Mifos currently doesn't support this scenario.

        You can apply fee/penalty to the account only if no payments
        have been made on this account.

        Could you check if there were any transactions in the past on
        those accounts with error?
