Sorry - I replied to your email before seeing Lukasz' reply.
Before I replied to you I had experimented with this on a development 
setup where batch files had not run for a long time.
I ran the batch files just now, and after that I didn't see the error.
So, for the record, I think that you should take note of Lukasz' reply 
and ignore mine.
