Hi Ramya I have seen the message "There are no installments to apply a charge" when I have tried to apply a charge to a client that did not have any open loans. In our normal business, we only ever apply client charges where clients have loans that are overdue, so we don't normally see this message.
Just a note that we are not using GLIM. We are using LSIM. Sorry that I can't help more.
