If so, how can I know when support for Vietnamese is added and how can I
retrieve that when it is available?
Cause I'm just quite new to Mifos world and the instructions on the jira
page guided me to these configurations. And I just followed them. I
couldn't find any instructions to do that on Mifos X version.
