For the past few months, I have experienced a number of cases of ethernet port flapping on SXT CPEs for no apparent reason. The cable typically runs directly into the subscriber's WiFi router, so there's nothing complicated going on there. Pinning the speed to 100M from the NOC doesn't stop the flapping. I was thinking cable degradation, but now that you mention it, I never saw this problem before upgrading to ROS 6.
