I can't really describe them other than as psycho-shits. They are dumb, but seem to be able to convince people they are OK - most psychos can be really convincing until the evidence catches them out. Eventually, I had to organise a clan gathering of sorts to get rid of them. They are still claiming to have done nothing wrong, this 'nothing wrong' including drug dealing, introducing their kids to drugs, probably prostitution (and certainly to attract gang members), constant thefts and all kinds of noise nuisance and violence, excusing the arson as reasonable because they were attacked with a machete. They've been doing this for 20 years plus. We may well sip some 'fine blend' ourselves when they are sent down.
