Hoi Rosey, I can tell you from personal experience that if you search for answers in the spiritual realm you will find them. There are answers and they can be suprising, but it is not an instantanous and does take time. What I can recommend is taking time each day for meditation at least an hour, it should include some reading, in your case start with understand of a higher power the koran, and carefully read it but don't take any reading to seriously, then go to the christian new testament workss on buddhaism i think there are some works of the dali lamma and the vedas. allong with fasting.. muslim style is fine. you seem to have a fairly clear question in mind ,, trying to understand the source of humanities creation.. and looking for a higher power. Remember to keep the focus looking on for answers to these questions. It would not hurt to write them down so they remain clear. In the search you will probaly find the answers to many questions, that is the reason for the two questions. you eventually will find the answers. And yes you will probably fall into a pit or two.. but that is just part of the search. Don't accept anything less than the answers to your questions. I know this path works I did follow it , using my own childhood beliefs. There is a higher power out there.. search for him as he has already found you. If you have any questions or problems you every want to talk about privately send a direst email and i will give you and answer personally. Your friend Allan
