Actually, maths problems are often just about half-solved.  Fermat's
last theorem was a case in point, needing Wiles to put together
various pieces of the jigsaw from different parts of maths.  I don't
see evil as a kind of devil - rather as something in pieces -
mechanisms and networks we need to understand better - perhaps even
operating in harmonics.  Exploitative attitudes seem key.
