Of course God will go together with any other theory. Because, God is
so well constructed. You cannot observe him (observational sciences
fail), you cannot know him until you love him for years (experimental
science fails), he is beyond your imagination (basic logic fails). As
long as God is not defined in a range within which science works, God
will go together with science.

Find evolution correct, God made the first cell such that it would
evolve.
Find Big Bang correct, God made a dense white spot such that it would
expand.
Find atheism correct, God made some people such that they wouldn't
believe in him
