That would be quite the stretch.  Everyone dies but some die of old
age not from being mauled by a beast.  Several children, adults and
seniors were fatally attacked by pit bulls this year.  Is that fair
game because they were going to eventually die anyway?
Omnibenevolent is not a valid attribute.  It has been said that love
and benevolence are attributes associated with deity belief but I
don't see that as a universal truth when millions of faithful, loving
and devoted believers are brutally killed in accidents and by
murderous acts.
In Genesis God blesses the people and tells them to be fruitful and
multiply.  So is it like hunting farms where they raise the prey then
set them free for the hunters to slaughter?
