In most science fiction I read, the initial issue is: who gets the treatment? With the next issue being: how do we control population and manage resources with a population that doesn't die?
I think beyond that the concerns are unpredictable. Do we know how a 200 year old human will behave? Will we want to live much longer than 100 anyway? If we manage to freeze poulation growth, and long life is desireable, we'll have a near static population. That's a bizarre proposition. Is that good for the human race? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups ""Minds Eye"" group.
